Abstract

The main motivation for this decision was to have universal, free and immediate access to the content published in standard and world-renowned repositories, but above all it is to seek to increase the impact factor of the journal, since as published articles are downloaded and cited in greater number and extent in other publications, it is possible to improve an important and critical point for the indexing of a scientific journal, which is to improve the impact factor.
