Angiofibromas Extranasofaringeos Sincrónicos en Orofaringe y Cavidad Oral en Paciente Adulto - Reporte de un Caso Inusual.

Resumen
Introducción: los angiofibromas extranasofaríngeos son una variante de un tumor raro de cabeza y cuello. Pueden originarse en cualquier estructura cervicofacial; su epidemiología, comportamiento clínico y pronóstico difieren significativamente del tipo clásico. Caso clínico: paciente masculino 51 años dos tumores localizados en el trígono retromolar derecho y fosa amigdalina derecha. Se realizó resección quirúrgica de ambas lesiones. El examen histopatológico reveló haces de músculo liso, escaso tejido adiposo, vasos sanguíneos dilatados, congestionados con paredes de grosor variable, estroma fibroso hemorrágico y focos necróticos; hallazgos compatibles con angiofibroma extranasofaríngeo. Resultados: evolución posoperatoria adecuada, con recuperación clínica favorable. Dado de alta 24 horas después del procedimiento, sin complicaciones inmediatas ni evidencia de recurrencia tras un año de seguimiento. Conclusión: El angiofibroma extranasofaríngeo debe incluirse en el diagnóstico diferencial de masas polipoides o vasculares de la cavidad oral y la orofaringe. La resección transoral completa permitió control local sin recidiva durante el seguimiento.
