Abstract

Cancer in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses in children is a serious problem in the pediatric population, mainly due to the non-specificity of the symptoms that leads to years or months passing before the suspicion of a neoplastic pathology. We present this article with the objective of presenting the tumors of nose and paranasal sinuses casuistry collected during 5 years in a third level pediatric hospital in the city of Bogotá and the imaging characteristics for the diagnosis of these are reviewed with some clinical cases as examples.
